Charlotte, NC – Charlotte Douglas Airport

On September 10th, 2014 Ground Penetrating Radar Systems (GPRS) was requested on site to complete a Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) survey. The purpose of this survey was to locate any utilities that may be present prior to trenching for power to new radio antennas on the site property.
We used a GSSI (Geophysical Survey Systems, Inc) Ground Penetrating Radar Unit with one specific antenna. The antenna used on this project was a 400MHz antenna which was used to help identify any utilities or anomalies that may have been present in designated areas prior to trenching locations.
